The Collie Chamber of Commerce & Industry is growing rapidly as a voice for the business community, encouraging dialogue on issues which affect business specifically and the town in general.

Our office is the first port of call for enquiries from investors and business start-ups about Collie and the region. We produce a directory which is used as a bible for all that is in Collie whether you are in business, doing business or just living, in Collie.

The Chamber aims to foster sustainable economic growth recognizing the need to protect the beauty of the Collie River Valley and the tourism that it brings. We actively encourage diversity and competition in business as we believe that it brings prosperity and efficient usage of our limited resources.

Our vision is to provide dynamic and responsive leadership to encourage local business prosperity. The Chamber supports its members by running events of general benefit to the business community, lobbying government departments and finding sources of information to help businesses grow and be more prosperous.

In order to achieve our vision, our key goals include:

  • To be a role model of a proud community with strong values both within and around the Collie region;
  • To develop new ideas and business opportunities in conjunction with other South West Chambers and Regional Development agencies;
  • To provide a framework of support through its membership.
